Zach Richardson provides administrative support to the Kern County Crusaders team. Zach was born in Bakersfield, California and raised in Glennville California. He founded the Kern County Crusaders in 2016 and has continued to build and develop the Crusaders organization since its inception. He graduated from North High School in 2006 and attended the University of Phoenix studying business management for 2 years. When not working on football activities Zach is employed as a Project Manager in the Natural Gas industry and has a job portfolio of thirty-four million dollars. He uses his daily management tools to continue to better the Crusaders organization. Zach developed a passion and respect for women’s football following his first season coaching in the now defunct league, IWFL (International Women’s Football League). He strives to make the Kern County Crusaders a premier program that represents the Kern County area and WFA (Women’s Football Alliance) proudly while giving each player an opportunity to improve their quality of life as well as an opportunity to show their unique athletic abilities.
